FOREWORD OF COCONUT
Coconut is an everyday part of life though many are unaware of it. In various forms or derivatives, it is present in food, personal care products, medicine, shelter, fuel, among many others, at least 40 various products and by products derived from it, which include coconut oil, desiccated coconut, copra meal, oleochemicals, coco shell charcoal, activated carbon, coir products, virgin coconut oil, nata de coco, coconut water, vinegar, coconut flour, handicrafts, etc.
Coconut Milk Processing Line
Coconut milk is milky-white liquid that obtained from crushed coconut meat which is different from the coconut water which naturally exist in the internal space of kernel, right now, as a kind of health drink, coconut milk becomes more and more popular in the world, due to it is is rich in proteins and help in increasing dispersibility and stability of food emulsions; examples of such are phospholipids, cephalin and lecithin which have been found in coconut milk

Deshelling Machine
Machine in function of detach the hard shell from dehusked coconut via a rotating disc cutter, the blades are specially designed to remove the inner shell with outstanding precision. It required an operator to hold the coconut while in working position. Ease operation and safety are the salient features of deshelling machine.
Washing Machine
Washing coconut meat or copra under the combined operation of air bubble, surfing, hoisting and spraying. The flushing water can be reused after filtering.
Crushing Machine
A hammer mill that continuous crush bulk coconut meat into small pieces, prepare for the grinding process conveniently. All wet parts are made of SS304 stainless steel which is corrosion resistant and food-safe.
Griding Machine
Grinder crush the coconut meat into 2-3 mm small granules under centrifugal force of the serrated rotor which works for preparing for milk extraction.
Milk Extracting Machine
Squeezing the coconut meat with a rotating screw to obtain coconut milk. And then the liquid milk flow out from the bottom hopper and the coconut powder slides out from the front spout.
Duplex Filter
The duplex filter is parallelly composed of two stainless steel filters. The stainless steel filter screen or filter bag and the filter basket as holder are installed in the filter barrel. Duplex Filter can accurately ensure the filtering accuracy, rapidly replace the filter bag.
Disc Stack Centrifuge
DGS with CIP and automatic discharging system is working as the separator for extracting coconut oil from coconut milk. After that, the coconut oil will go through tubular separator for further clarification.
Tubular Separator
The purpose of designing TS is for further purifying coconut oil to meet the follow-up procssing of disc stack centrifuge. By TS series, the final moisture content of the oil can be lower than 0.03%. Fine solid particles will be discharged by scraping the bowl manually.
Mixing Tank
Mixing tank is mainly composed of stainless steel tank, mixing agitator, transmission device, meanwhile sealing device, heating device, heat preservation device, heat transfer device, tank cover, sight glass, manhole, liquid level gauge, pressure gauge and various valves can be added according to different circumstances.
Degassor
Degassor can remove air while blending.
Homogenizer
Homogenizer is to make the ingredients in coconut milk disperse more evenly and dissolve more fully.
Tubular Sterilizer
To kill bacteria and other harmful microorganisms in coconut milk. Support PLC control system achieve the automatic operation by settling the running parameter.
