Dehusking Machine

Plate and frame filter press
Plate and frame filter press use for operated intermittently chemical dehydration, with low filtration capacity, but with advantages of, high solid content of filter cake, clear filtrate, high solid recovery rate and low consumption. Used as a coarse filtration equipment in coconut water production process.
Duplex Filter
The duplex filter is parallelly composed of two stainless steel filters. The stainless steel filter screen or filter bag and the filter basket as holder are installed in the filter barrel. Duplex Filter can accurately ensure the filtering accuracy, rapidly replace the filter bag.
Membrane Filter
Membrane filtration technology takes the membrane as the central processing unit, assembled with specially designed pipeline, connect with valve, pretreatment unit, self-cleaning unit, and programmable logic controller (PLC) automatic control unit to form a closed-loop control system, which effectively filter impurities in coconut water, reduce turbidity, suspended solids and colloidal substances.
Mixing Tank
Mixing tank is mainly composed of stainless steel tank, mixing agitator, transmission device, meanwhile sealing device, heating device, heat preservation device, heat transfer device, tank cover, sight glass, manhole, liquid level gauge, pressure gauge and various valves can be added according to different circumstances.
Filling Machine
